EVENT SPONSORSHIPS

Opening Night Gala: The excitement starts here as our attendees are  swept into the event’s activities.  Sponsorship benefits include four complimentary conference registrations, an 8x10 exhibition booth at the joint RESPRO®/LeadingRE Networking Night and Vendor Fair with 600 attendees, your company profile in both RESPRO®’s and LeadingRE’s Programs, and a full-page four-color advertisement in RESPRO®’s Program Book. $20,000 --- SOLD

Onsite Program Book: The onsite Program Book will serve as every attendee’s guide throughout the conference.    Your company’s logo will appear on the first cover and you will have your choice of where to place your company’s complimentary full-page four-color advertisement.  Additional sponsorship benefits include three complimentary conference registrations, and an 8x10 exhibition booth at the joint RESPRO®/LeadingRENetworking Night and Vendor Fair with 600 Attendees. $9500

Kick-Off Breakfast: Be the first on the agenda the first full day of the conference!! You’ll have two hours to  showcase your company in front of your potential partners and customers.  Sponsorship benefits include two complimentary conference registrations, an 8x10 exhibition booth at the joint RESPRO®/LeadingRE Networking Night and Vendor Fair with 600 attendees, your company profile in both RESPRO®’s and LeadingRE’s Programs, and a full-page four-color advertisement in RESPRO®’s Program Book.  $8000 -- SOLD

Luncheon: You will be the taste of the afternoon by sponsoring our Luncheon, which provides a wonderful networking opportunity for all of the attendees.  Sponsorship benefits include two complimentary conference registrations, an 8x10 exhibition booth at the joint RESPRO®/LeadingRE Networking Nightand Vendor Fair with 600 attendees, your company profile in both RESPRO®’s and LeadingRE’s Program, and a full-page four-color advertisement in RESPRO®’s Program Book.  You’ll also have the option to place your company’s materials on each seat and to introduce the Luncheon Speaker.  $8000

Event Registration Bags: Your company logo will be imprinted prominently on one side of this popular bag that all attendees have with them throughout the conference!  Sponsorship benefits also include half-page four-color advertisement in the RESPRO® Program Book and an insert in each bag.  $3500

Event Name Badge: Prominently display your logo below every attendee’s name – seen all day, at every event.  Sponsorship benefits also include a half-page four-color advertisement in the RESPRO® Program Book. $2500 -- SOLD

Networking Breaks:  Be in the center of activity during the session breaks!    You’ll be able to display your company’s promotional materials and/or bring company-branded napkins, mints or trinkets.  . Afternoon breaks will feature fun food such as ice cream, cookies, or popcorn.  Sponsorship benefits also include a half-page four-color advertisement in the RESPRO® Program Book. $3500

Name Badge Lanyards: This is an ideal way to build name awareness and ensure your company is a hot topic among conference attendees.  Your company’s logo will be imprinted on the lanyard that is attached to attendee’s name badges for constant visibility during the event.  Sponsorship benefits also include a half-page four-color advertisement in the RESPRO® Program Book. $1850 -- SOLD

Adopt-a-Room: Pick one of our three meeting rooms to display your company name, logo, and materials all day long and through several sessions with a steady flow different attendees!  $850
