Confirmations
A confirmation will be emailed to you once your registration has been processed. Please review this confirmation to ensure accuracy and if changes need to be made or you do not receive a confirmation, contact Rae Brevard. You will not receive a paper confirmation in the mail.
Cancellation
Cancellation of the conference and/or guest tickets must be postmarked by February 17, 2012 to receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received postmarked between February 18 - Ferbruary 24, 2012 will received a refund 50% of fees paid. No refunds will be granted after February 25, 2012. All cancellations should be sent in writing to RESPRO®, 2000 L St., NW, Suite 522, Washington, DC 20036. In the unlikely event of cancellation of this program, RESPRO®'s liability is limited to a 100% of the registration fee and does not include penalty fees on airline tickets, hotel deposits, or other incurred expenses.
A $50.00 administrative fee will applicable to name substitutions after March 16, 2012.
Dress Code
The dress code for the Annual Conference is business casual.
