Confirmations
A confirmation will be emailed to you onceyour registration has been processed. Please review this confirmation to ensure accuracy and if changes need to be made or you do not receive a confirmation, contact Rae Brevard. You will not receive a paper confirmation in the mail.
Cancellation
Cancellation of the conference and/or guest tickets must be postmarked by February 1, 2010 to receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received postmarked betwen February 2 - Ferbruary 4, 2010 will received a refund 50% of fees paid. No refunds will be granted after February 5, 2010. All cancellations should be sent in writing to RESPRO®, 2000 L St., NW, Suite 522, Washington, DC 20036. In the unlikely event of cancellation of this program, RESPRO®'s liability is limited to a 100% of the registration fee and does not include penalty fees on airline titkcets, hotel deposits, or other incurred expenses.
A $50.00 administrative fee will applicable to name substitutions after February 1, 2010.
Dress Code
The dress code for the Annual Conference is business casual.
