Each of the standard guest rooms is equipped with one king-size or two queen-size Hilton Serenity Beds™. The spacious bathroom features either a combined soaking tub or walk-in shower and Crabtree & Evelyn premium bath amenities. Work comfortably from your room, with a work desk and secured wireless high-speed Internet access. Each room also offers an in-room safe, a HD 37-inch LCD television with cable and pay-per-view movies, alarm clocks with MP3 hookup, in-room coffee, mini refrigerator, daily housekeeping and complimentary weekday newspaper delivery. Ground Transportation

Hertz is the official conference rental car supplier offering special discounted rates on car rentals in Orlando. To reserve your car contact Hertz at 800.654.2240 or 405.749.4434 and mention convention number 040V0006. You can also make reservations online at www.hertz.com.

At the time of reservation, the meeting rates will be automatically compared to other Hertz rates and you’ll be quoted the best comparable rate available. Rates are based on returning the cars within Florida and are guaranteed from one-week prior through one week after the meeting dates.

The Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is location approximate 18 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and approximate 12 miles from Kissimmee Gateway Airport.

Taxi Service – Taxicabs are available at the Orlando International Airport, with a typical minimum charge of $70. Taxis are available on both the A and B sides of the Main Terminal, on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1), at Commercial Lane parking spaces: A5-A8 and A22-A25, B5-B8 and B30-B34. Most taxis will accept credit card payments, but please notify the attendant if you plan to use a credit card.

Car Service – Mears Transportation Group provides private car service to/from Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, with costs starting at $78 one way. You can make reservations with Mears at 407.423.5566.

Airport Shuttle Service – Shuttle vans provided by Mears Transportation Group are available on both the A and B sides of the Main Terminal, on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1), at the Commercial Lane parking spaces: A9-A10 and A36-A37, B9-B10 and B40-B41. Reservations are not needed for a shared shuttle from the Orlando Airport to the Bonnet Creek Hilton. Cost is about $21 per adult one way.

  • Continue on S Semoran Blvd (0.3 miles)
  • Take the ramp on FL-528 W Partial Toll Road (10.9 miles)
  • Take the exit on I-4 W toward Tampa (4.7 miles)
  • Take exit 67 toward Epcot/Downtown Disney (1.1 miles)
  • Merge on Epcot Center Rd (0.7 miles)
  • Take ramp to Epcot Resort Area(0.30 miles)
  •  Merge onto Buena Vista Dr (0.2 miles)
  • Turn left onto Chelonia Pkwy (0.1 miles)
  • Turn right on Bonnet Creek Resort Lane
  • The Hilton Bonnet Creek will be on the on right
